Public employers: state-mandated annual recordkeeping due

BWC’s Public Employment Risk Reduction Program (PERRP) reminds all Ohio public employers that the deadline to submit the Summary of Work–Related Injuries and Illnesses (PERRP 300AP) is nearing. Public employers must complete and return this mandatory form to PERRP by Feb. 1, 2011.
