Annual Conference – October 8th, 9th & 10th

Exhibitor Information

Please read the following carefully- a few things have changed from previous years!

The Ohio Municipal Leagues 63 rd Annual Conference and Exhibit Show is fast approaching. This year’s conference will again be held at the Sheraton Hotel at Capitol Square, 75 E. State Street, Columbus, Ohio, Wednesday October 8 th, Thursday October 9 th & Friday October 10 th with 2 days open to our exhibit show. There will be a partial day on Wednesday October 8 th and a partial day on Thursday October 9 th.



We once again have facilities to invite vendors to join us at our conference as part of our product exhibit show. Please Note Setup & Exhibiting format has changed. Booth set-up for exhibits will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 8 th. The show will officially open at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 8 th and will end with a reception for all of our conference attendees and exhibitors. Security will be provided overnight. The Exhibit show will reopen on Thursday October 9 th from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Exhibits must remain intact until the closing of the show at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 9th. No security will be available after the closing of the exhibit show.

As always, we will assign spaces on a first come, first serve basis. The sooner we receive your application for space and deposit, the better the chance that you will be assigned your preferred space at the show.

All in all, I think you will agree this year's show should be a great opportunity for your business to enhance its presence in one of the nation's top municipal markets. The cost for this year's show is $400.00 per booth (meals & special events are extra). That price entitles you to your space: a draped 2' x 6' display table. Additionally, your firm's name will be prominently listed in the Annual Conference Program. As an exhibitor, you also are entitled to eight OML conference exhibitor registrations for your representatives, excluding special events and meal functions which can be purchased separately. Parking is included in your registration fee.

This year we can only accommodate tabletop displays to do space restrictions!

All additional arrangements (carpeting for inside booth, phone lines, chairs, extra furnishings, etc.) will be handled through the George Fern Company, who will contact you shortly after we receive your contract for space reservation.

Electric is handled through the hotel who assesses a $30 extra charge. If you need electrical notify the OML (see contract)


Deadline for exhibit registration is October 1st, 2014. We must have your registration and deposit in by that date in order to include your company’s name in the Annual Conference Program. ( Please Note We have Extended our Deadline)


For those of you who wish to be a sponsor see the enclosed registration form. Your logo will be featured in our program.


Exhibits, general sessions and workshop sessions will all be held at The Sheraton Hotel at Capitol Square, 75 E. State Street, Columbus Ohio. You will need to make hotel reservations by calling : 614-365-4500

A special room rate is available for conference attendees. The rate is $99 (single/double). The cut-off date is September 17 th. Parking will be free for all attendees to the conference, whether you are staying at the hotel or driving in for the day, however you MUST valet park at the hotel in order to get the free parking.
