OML Annual Conference Exhibiting
The Ohio Municipal League’s 67th Annual Conference and Exhibit Show is approaching. The conference will again be held at the Renaissance Hotel, 50 N. 3rd Street, Columbus, Ohio. The two-day exhibit show will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 31st and reopen Thursday morning running until after the luncheon on November 1, 2018.
We have facilities to invite vendors to join us at our conference as part of our product exhibit. Set-up for the exhibits will be from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 31st. The show will officially open at 2:00 p.m. and conclude for the evening with a reception for all conference attendees and exhibitors in the exhibit area. The exhibit area will be secured Wednesday evening by private security provided by the League. The show will reopen with breakfast on Thursday, November 1st at 8:00 a.m. and run until after the luncheon. Exhibits must remain intact until the closing of the show at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 1st. No security will be available after the closing of the show.
As always, we assign spaces on a first come, first served basis. The booth layout can be found on our website. Please note, contracts and registration forms emailed or faxed will not be assigned a booth until payment is received.
The show is a great opportunity for your company to enhance its presence in one of the nation's top municipal markets. Parking is included in the booth space price. Booth space entitles you to:
- An 8'x10' Space
- 8’ x 3’ flame proof back drapery in red, white & blue
- One 6’ x 2’ x 30” high white table skirted on three sides
- One wastebasket
- Two folding chairs
- One identification sign with company name and booth number
In addition, your firm's name will be listed in the Annual Conference Program.
If you need electricity for your booth, arrangements can be made with the hotel during set-up. All additional arrangements (carpeting for inside booth, phone lines, extra chairs, extra furnishings, special electrical needs, etc.) will be handled through the George Fern Company. If you have any questions concerning additional arrangements, please contact them directly (their contact information is listed below). Otherwise, Fern will contact you after we receive your contract and your space reservation is processed.

Would you like to attend the conference but are not interested in booth space? You can still participate in conference activities by registering as an Independent Exhibitor.
There are multiple sponsorship opportunities available this year. Sponsorship benefits include logo recognition in the conference program and at any sponsored meal function. HOTEL ROOM RESERVATIONS / HOSPITALITY SUITES
OML room rates are king & double rooms $159.00 per night plus applicable taxes. Reservations must be made by October 10th, 2018.
